Spotlight on Customer Service: A Town Hall Discussion with Mike Shannon and Skye Duckett

Join us for a special AdminX Customer Service Excellence Town Hall led by Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Skye Duckett and Vice President and Deputy Chief Business Officer Mike Shannon that will feature a deep dive into the Administrative Services Center (ASC) Customer Service model.  

During the town hall, Duckett and Shannon will invite the ASC Director of Customer Service Excellence, Stacy Whitman, to share her goals and vision for the support experience and detail how this model will benefit the ASC customers.

You are invited to join this hybrid event in the SEN Theater of Price Gilbert or via Zoom

This Customer Service Town Hall is part of an ongoing effort to share timely information on AdminX and the HR Transformation at Georgia Tech.
