Love Yourself - Meditate

We would like to invite GT students to this free global online meditation for supporting them with stress management skills.

These sessions hosted by the global non-profit organization called Sahaja Yoga on the 22nd and 29th of January are designed to help students cope with stress and invest in themselves through self-discovery via free meditation workshops. There will also be a round table discussion at the end with corporate professionals about how to get ready for global corporate lifestyle!
