Tech’s Tactile Thursdays: Quilled Ornament

Quilling is a historic paper craft in which strips of paper are twirled, spun, and combined to create beautiful, dimensional works. Learn how to quill with simple materials to create a beautiful one-of-a-kind handmade ornament. 

All skill levels welcome.
