Activity & Opportunity Identification Survey Info Session

The campus community is invited to attend the Administrative Excellence (AdminX) Activity & Opportunity Identification Survey Info Session on Thursday, July 29 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. During this session, you will learn about:

  • The survey purpose and structure
  • How to utilize the Survey Prep Tool to aid in completing the survey
  • Additional guidance on the survey timeline

The Activity and Opportunity Identification Survey is a study of the distribution of administrative work being done across the Institute, by function. It will gather responses from non-faculty staff about their work activities to understand daily workload in a quantifiable way. This effort is aimed at helping to establish a baseline for future process improvement activities.

By gathering the right information, we can move forward in a well-informed way and remain sustainable into the future.

The session will be recorded and shared on the AdminX website.
