AdminX Info Session: Process Improvement & Community Outreach

The campus community is invited to attend the Administrative Excellence (AdminX) Town Hall on Process Improvement & Community Outreach on Tuesday, June 15 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. During this session, you will learn about:

  • Key project updates for the AdminX initiative.
  • The approach being used to conduct process improvement activities with updates on the Student Hiring and Faculty Offer improvement projects.
  • Community outreach updates including an overview of campus input mechanisms and plans for future outreach.

AdminX is a multi-year initiative focused on creating positive experiences for our faculty, staff, and student employees in completing routine administrative activities. This effort will focus on administrative process improvements; enhanced delivery of common, routine, and high-volume administrative services through the establishment of a customer-centric administrative services center (ASC) for Georgia Tech; and continuous assessment and improvement.
