Take a moment and pause, to relax and rejuvenate yourself!!
Experience yoga flow and breathwork, and feel the mind-body connection:)

Join this 1 hour guided online meditation session to experience yoga and meditation through breathwork.

Yoga is all about harmonizing the body with the mind and breath. It is done through the means of various breathing exercises, yoga poses, and meditation.

This session also gives an introduction to SKY Happiness Workshop and SKY Meditation, an evidence-based meditation practice integrated with breath work that can significantly increase one's well-being and calmness, and significantly reduces anxiety and stress markers. The SKY Happiness Workshop features interactive group processes, experiential learning, emotional intelligence training, breath-work, yoga, and evidence-based meditation. It's a place to connect with yourself, build a positive community, and most importantly, have fun!
