Tapping Circle for Stress and Calm - 3rd Tuesdays 8:15am

Dates: Third Tuesdays of Each Month
Time:   8:15am - 8:45 am
Theme: Come join the Tapping Circle as we explore some effective, new yet ancient, brain balancing methods to better manage our daily stress. EFT Master Trainer and Practitioner Suzanne Zacharia from UK joins to guide us with some exercises that engages and balances the body and mind.
Where: Sessions will be held online on Zoom for the Thursday sessions.
