Tapping Circle for Stress and Calm - 2nd Fridays 3:30-

Dates: Second Fridays, April 9, May 14, June 11
Time:   3:30pm - 4pm
Theme: Come join theTapping Circle as we explore some effective, cutting edge yet ancient, brain balancing methods to better manage our daily stress. Accredited Certified EFT Tapping Practitioner Andrea Lewis from NY joins to guide us with some exercises that engages and balances the body and mind.
Where: Sessions will be held online on Zoom for the Thursday sessions.
Registration: Pre-registeration required by the previous night.
