Managing Stress in Times of Chaos

It turns out emotional wellbeing and psychological resilience are the two most important soft skills to hone, especially during such challenging times!

Join this 60 minutes session to learn more about the science of emotional regulation and how to cultivate psychological resilience in our lives.

With an introduction to the SKY Happiness Workshop and the Sudarshan Kriya, a research-backed breathing technique that has helped millions of people release stress, experience deep meditation, and get back in touch with their true self.
