Breathe Strong

In response to the current worldwide situation calling for social isolation, we are offering a series of workshops ‘Breathe Strong’. This live workshop is held every Thursday so that you can learn and practice powerful and stress-busting breath-meditation practices, from the comfort of your home.

It turns out that the breath is a powerful tool for creating real and lasting change. Through breath, we can create a level of mental clarity that is energizing and conducive to creativity. Not to mention, too much stress and mental turmoil decrease immunity, and we all need to maintain strong immunity now more than ever.

In this session, we will introduce powerful techniques from the millennia-old tradition of yoga that have been validated by modern science to enhance mental clarity and improve immunity, among many other benefits. You are invited to Breathe Strong!
