About this Event

What is Yoga?

Derived from the Sankrit word "yuj" which means "to unite or integrate"; it is a more than 5,000-year-old Indian body of knowledge. Yoga is all about harmonizing the body with the mind and breath through the means of various breathing exercises, yoga poses and meditation.

Join us for a free interactive session on yoga, breath & meditation to get an introduction to the SKY workshop, a research-backed breathing technique that has helped millions of people release stress, experience deep meditation, and get back in touch with their true self.
