Join Director of Health Behavior, Tiffiny Hughes-Troutman for a self- care workshop. Self-care is the practice of taking steps to care for ourselves on many dimensions of well-being. This workshop will guide employees through an assessment of their self-care practices and learn new strategies and tools to thrive and reach your self-care goals.
