Student Mindfulness Book Club Registration Deadline

Join fellow students in reading and discussing the book The Mindful Twenty-Something: Life Skills to Handle Stress…and Everything Else, while also learning simple mindfulness exercises that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine.

Session 1 – led by Sarah Morales

  • Tuesdays from 10 am – 11 am
  • Runs February 5 – 26
  • Student Center Crescent Room

Registration is required. Those registered will receive a copy of the book and light breakfast ate each meeting.
