Investment and Dilution: Bench2Market Talks

Join us on May 19 to learn business strategies around equity negations, fundraising, and dilution for life science start-ups.

Speaker, James Stubbs, PhD, has more than 20 years of commercialization experience and has held senior executive roles in five medical device startups including founder, CEO, CTO, CSO and VP Scientific Affairs. Since 2005 he has contributed to four successful startup exits valued at more than $500M. James is currently teaching medical device design and capstone in the Biomedical Engineering Department at Georgia Tech and is an active private investor.

This is the ninth session in the Bench2Market Talks series which was created to provide commercialization guidance to the university research community. Series topics include how to take your technology from the lab to commercial success and explore market opportunities surrounding entrepreneurial and innovative ideas.
